Quest is authorized by Pillsbury United Communities (http://www.puc-mn.org). The Charter School Liaison is Katie Kohn.  Pillsbury United Communities is a nonprofit organization working to create choice, change and connection for people from all walks of life. With multiple locations in Minneapolis' inner city neighborhoods—including four neighborhood centers and a professional live theatre—Pillsbury United Communities is positioned to address the complicated issues and concerns faced by the more than 35,000 people who walk through our doors each year. 

Pillsbury United Communities’ policy is to sponsor, guide and encourage charter schools that fit their organization’s vision, align with their mission and values, and meet their sponsorship criteria, which include a focus on learning, commitment to diversity, fulfilling an unmet need in the community, and having a qualified development team and staff.  Pillsbury United Communities’ primary role as a sponsor is to provide oversight of the charter schools and to monitor student success and appropriate growth.
